Holiday Spectacular at Jacksonville Town Center

Holiday Spectacular, presented by St. Vincent’s HealthCare, comes to town on November 19, 2011. Join us for a day of FREE holiday festivities, live music, children’s activities, Santa’s Arrival and fireworks! KIDS’ FUN ZONE: On River City Drive between Pottery Barn Kids and Ted’s Montana Grill until 7:00 p.m. Bring the kids and enjoy animals from Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, pirate magicians from the St. Augustine Pirate & Tr…easure Museum, costumed characters including Curious George brought to you by our friends at WJCT Public Broadcasting, face painters and more! Be sure to stop by one of St. Vincent’s HealthCare mobile units and booths in the Kids’ area and surrounding the Park Green!

HOLIDAY STREET FESTIVAL: On River City Drive between J. Jill and Bath & Body Works until 9 p.m. Check out food vendors, products from local artists and interactive games in the festival marketplace. CANTINA LAREDO BEER GARDEN PRESENTED BY JT TOWNSEND FOUNDATION: On River City Drive between Williams-Sonoma and Express until 9:00 p.m. Enjoy food and beverages from Cantina Laredo while cheering on college football games and cornhole from Jacksonville Scene.

FULL COURT PRESS WITH THE JACKSONVILLE GIANTS: On River City Drive between Soma and Coldwater Creek until 6:00 p.m. Kids can play along side players of the #1 ranked American Basketball Association team in the nation with mascot, Mr. Biggs for some big time action on the St. Johns “court.”

ST. JOHNS “NOW” FACTOR: On River City Drive between Cache and Brighton Collectibles until 6:00 p.m. Hit the high notes with karaoke-style entertainment a la Fox’s hit show, The X Factor hosted by Radio Now 97.9. MAIN STAGE ENTERTAINMENT: 6:00 p.m. Jacksonville University Jazz Ensemble, 6:40 p.m. Charlie Walker Band, 7:25 p.m. Parachute, 8:10 p.m. Dia Frampton, Lighting of the Christmas Tree and fireworks.
